Educational Websites

Fountas and Pinnel Leveled Book Lists
This web site provides an up-to-date list of leveled texts.  Once you know your child's reading level, which can be provided by the classroom teacher after a reading assessment has been administered, you can assist your child in selecting a "just right" book for independent reading.  In addition, use this list to select a book to share with your child that is slightly above his/her reading level. Through modeling and discussion you will help your child grow as a reader.
